Get the most out of your packaging accessories with these practical tips from our team.

Tape Application

Apply packing tape in an H-pattern — one strip along the center seam plus one strip along each edge seam. This distributes stress and prevents the box from opening during handling.

Stretch Wrap Technique

Start wrapping at the base of the pallet and work upward in overlapping spirals. Use at least 3 wraps at the base for stability. Always stretch the film 100-200% for maximum holding force.

Edge Protector Placement

Place edge protectors on all four vertical corners before applying strapping. This prevents the strapping from cutting into the corrugated board and weakening the boxes.

Void Fill Selection

Use bubble wrap for fragile items, kraft paper for general void fill, and packing peanuts for irregularly shaped items. Never use newspaper — the ink can transfer to products.
