1Buying Boxes
All our used boxes are sorted into three grades: A Grade (like new, minimal wear), B Grade (good, light wear with minor markings), and C Grade (fair, visible wear but structurally sound). Each box is individually inspected before sale.
For used boxes, our minimum order is typically 25 boxes for local pickup. For delivery orders, minimums may vary based on location. For gaylords and pallets, we often sell individual units. Contact us for specific minimums.
Absolutely! You're welcome to visit our facility during business hours to inspect our inventory. We can also send photos of specific boxes upon request.
Yes, we offer tiered pricing based on quantity. The more you buy, the more you save. Contact us for a volume quote tailored to your needs.
Most in-stock items are available for same-day or next-day pickup. Delivery orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days depending on location and quantity.
2Selling & Buy Back
We purchase used corrugated boxes (all sizes and grades), gaylord boxes, wood pallets, cardboard dividers, and other corrugated packaging materials. We also accept corrugated scrap for recycling.
Buy back pricing depends on the type, condition, and quantity of materials. Prices fluctuate based on market conditions for OCC (Old Corrugated Containers). We always offer fair, competitive rates.
Yes! We offer free pickup service for buy back orders within our service area. For smaller quantities or locations outside our primary area, we can discuss options.
Payment is typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving and verifying the materials. For established accounts, we can arrange faster payment terms.
3Products & Specifications
A gaylord box (also called a bulk bin or pallet box) is a large corrugated container designed to sit on a standard pallet. They typically measure 48" × 40" × 36" and can hold up to 2,000-3,500 pounds depending on construction.
ECT stands for Edge Crush Test. It measures how much compressive force a box can withstand on its edge before crushing. A higher ECT rating means greater stacking strength. Common ratings range from 23 ECT (light duty) to 82 ECT (heavy duty double wall).
Single wall corrugated has one layer of fluting between two liners. Double wall has two layers of fluting with three liners. Double wall is significantly stronger and more crush-resistant, ideal for heavier items and stacking.
Used boxes are generally not considered food-safe and should not be used for direct food contact. If you need food-grade packaging, we recommend our new box options.
4Pricing & Payment
Used box pricing depends on size, condition grade, and quantity. As a general range, small used boxes start around $0.75-$1.50 each, medium boxes $1.00-$2.00, and large boxes $1.50-$3.00. Volume discounts are available for larger orders. Contact us for a specific quote.
Yes, we offer Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms for established business accounts. We also accept credit cards, checks, and cash for immediate purchases. Ask about setting up a business account for ongoing orders.
Delivery fees depend on the order size and distance. For orders above a minimum threshold within our primary service area, delivery may be free. We are transparent about all fees upfront — no hidden charges.
Used gaylords typically cost 50-70% less than new ones. A new double-wall gaylord might cost $35-$60, while the same specification used gaylord runs $10-$22 depending on condition. Triple-wall gaylords offer even greater savings when buying used.
Yes, corrugated packaging prices are affected by seasonal demand, raw material costs, and market conditions. Prices typically peak in Q4 (holiday season) and are lowest in Q1. We recommend buying in advance during low-demand periods for the best pricing.
5Environmental Impact
Each reused box saves approximately 1 gallon of water, 1 kWh of energy, and prevents about 1 pound of CO2 emissions compared to manufacturing a new box. By choosing used boxes, you directly reduce demand for virgin materials and keep functional packaging out of landfills.
A well-maintained corrugated box can typically be reused 3-5 times before recycling, depending on the application and handling conditions. Even after the box can no longer be reused, it can be recycled — corrugated fiber can go through 5-7 recycling cycles.
Yes. For businesses with recurring service, we provide quarterly sustainability reports showing the number of boxes reused, materials diverted from landfill, estimated trees saved, and carbon emissions avoided. These reports support your ESG and corporate sustainability goals.
Boxes that are too damaged or contaminated for reuse are recycled through our partnership with local recycling facilities. We ensure that as close to 100% of materials as possible are either reused or recycled — nothing goes to landfill if we can help it.
While we are not yet certified carbon neutral, our business model is inherently low-carbon. Every box we resell avoids the emissions of manufacturing a new one. We are actively working toward measuring and offsetting our operational emissions to achieve carbon neutrality.
